Urusama home screen: payday cycle day 20 of 28, shared budget left Rp1,012,000, the Groceries category nearly spent, and the Before payday list. The app is shown in Indonesian.

One pay cycle at Raka & Dina's house.

Raka and Dina are made up. Their chats may sound a lot like yours.

  1. Day 1 · payday arrives

Nobody remembers what groceries cost last month.

    1. DinaHow much are groceries this month?
    2. RakaSame as last month, I guess.
    In Urusama
Urusama, the Budget section on the home screen: Groceries has Rp2,320,000 left, Electricity & water Rp650,000, Transport Rp760,000, each with a progress bar. The app is shown in Indonesian.

Each category's budget is set once at the start of the cycle. After that, what's left is visible every day.

  2. Day 5 · Tuesday night

The water jug is half empty. Each of them thinks the other already ordered.

    1. DinaDid you order the water jug yet?
    2. RakaWait, I thought you did.
    In Urusama
Urusama, the shopping list for Bu Tini's shop: two Le Minerale water jugs added by Dina and two 3 kg gas cylinders added by Raka, with an Order via WhatsApp button. The app is shown in Indonesian.

You can see who added each item. Tomorrow morning one tap on Order via WhatsApp, and nobody orders twice.

  3. Day 10 · Sunday noon

Groceries are down to half. Raka is sure he only shopped once.

    1. RakaGroceries are already down to Rp1.1 million? I only shopped once.
    2. DinaCheck the log. Who got that martabak on Friday?
    In Urusama
Urusama, the expense log by day. Yesterday: Superindo groceries Rp412,000 by Dina, chicken, eggs and vegetables Rp118,000 by Raka. Friday 2 October: martabak and iced tea Rp86,000 by Raka. The app is shown in Indonesian.

Every entry shows who logged it. Raka can see Dina's groceries, Dina can see Raka's snacks. No need to ask each other.

  4. Day 15 · afternoon

The motorbike is making that noise again. Nobody knows when it was last serviced.

    1. DinaThe bike is making that noise again. When was the last service?
    2. Raka…Eid?
    In Urusama
Urusama, motorbike details for a Vario: engine oil is due, last changed at 12,450 km and now 350 km overdue. Service history from 15 July 2026 at Pak Ujang's workshop, Rp185 thousand. The app is shown in Indonesian.

Oil, brake pads, and other parts are tracked by kilometers. The service history keeps the date, the workshop, and the cost.

  5. Day 20 · nine days before payday

    “Should be fine.” It wasn't.

    1. DinaStill 9 days to payday. Are we okay?
    2. RakaShould be fine.
    In Urusama
Urusama, the Before payday list: the Internet bill of Rp350,000 in six days, a Rp500,000 loan to Mas Andi due 22 October, and the Emergency fund goal Rp300 thousand short this month. The app is shown in Indonesian.

Bills, debts, and goals that still fall short before payday are on one list. They know there's Rp1.15 million to sort out.

Four household things that slip through the cracks.

Know what needs sorting before the next payday.

A month in Urusama starts on your payday. The home screen shows which day of the cycle you're on, how much of the shared budget is left, and a Before payday list: bills coming due, debts, goals still short, and upkeep waiting.

  • Payday on a holiday? The cycle starts on the working day before.
  • Irregular income? Skip it, and the cycle starts on the 1st.

Why not a WhatsApp group or a phone note?

A WhatsApp group and a phone note have helped so far. The problem is that things get scattered and nothing reminds you.

Frequently asked questions.

Do we have to use it together?

No. Pick Solo mode if you run the household alone. If you later want to invite a partner, switch to Together in Settings.

Does my partner have to buy it too?

No. One purchase covers one home. Your partner just downloads the app and joins with an invite code from you.

What does lifetime mean?

You pay once, and Urusama stays unlocked for your home for life. There are no monthly or yearly bills and nothing to renew. In the app your status reads First Resident. Lifetime lasts as long as the Urusama service runs.

How long does the promo price last?

Until the quota runs out. After that the lifetime price closes and is replaced by monthly, 6-month, or yearly plans, at the prices in the Pricing section. Anyone who already bought lifetime still doesn't need a subscription.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. For now Urusama is only available on Android.

Can it be used without internet?

Yes. Every entry can be made offline and syncs automatically once the phone is connected again, with no duplicates.

What if I change phones?

Sign in with the same Google account and all your home data comes back. The private wallet opens again with your PIN.

What if I forget my private wallet PIN?

Private wallet entries can't be recovered, which is why the PIN is asked for twice when you set it. Shared home data isn't affected.
